A summer morning
quiet, still.
The spreading oaks
and rolling hill;
in silent reverence sing.
A bullfrog chorus,
voices raise,
and from the boughs
the songbirds praise;
and joyful noise doth rise.
I behold
and think of You,
and know You
think upon me too;
and in joyful reverence worship.
